The Avanthi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences held a "Women’s Day celebrations" on 08-03-2024.

The program's principal guest is Mrs. Arunasri, MPDO. The Mandal Revenue Officer, Mrs. Rani Ammaji, spoke about the need of striking a balance between a woman's job and her family, emphasizing that success is impossible for a woman without family support. She also advised girls to be aware of their right to self-defences and to watch out for crimes against women. Mrs. Aruna Sri MPDO spoke about how women can become successful when they have greater opportunity in all spheres of life.

The duties that women play in managing the family were described by Dr. K. Balaji, Principal, AIPS.

Faculty, staff, and students were given talks by Officer M. Rajsekhar and the NSS team.
